Security Policy - This document provides information about security policies that we follow here at CGateway. This company provide a place for Churches where they can come and share knowledge of scriptures. Our aim is to be able to provide these services for our users in a more secure and safe manner. In this respect, this policy applies to both our company, CGateway and its employees, and also to our customers and users in general. We will be focusing on the security policies that relates directly to our users and CGateway Online System in specific.

CGateway Organization - We take precautions to protect your information. We implemented varieties of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when submitting data via the website. Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.

Customers and Users - As a result, we expect customers and users to comply with the security steps as listed on the Terms and Conditions documentation item number 4 (four). Please review this document as disclosed on the "Policies" menu item above.

Staff of CGateway - There are steps, rules and regulation setup for all employees and contractors of CGateway organization to follow regarding how to handle customers information when processing requests. These rules must be followed as described in the regulation setup in order to comply with the law of handling customer's sensitive information. All staff members of CGateway must go through a yearly security training in other to refresh and understand the importance of this policy.

Enforcement and Auditing - Throughout the process of requesting for services and the building of projects, through and up to completion, processes are in place that check each steps for conformity to the security policy. Auditing is a process of determining whether policies are being followed, in this regard, we do audit the whole processing steps frequently.
