Refund Policy
Refund Policy - This document discloses the refund policy practices of CGateway organization relating to the website (cgateway.org and its subsidiaries) and to the products and services that we provide. Below are list of steps that CGateway company follows to protect and prevent users and customers from worrying about refunds on money paid or donated.
Policy On Refund - CGateway does not give refund to customers and users on any level of the systems, may it be from level1 or level2 system, except in some rear occasions in level1 system only. See the level1 list below.
Level1 System:- On level1 system, CGateway have four different ways of accepting contributions or payment from the public. These options are listed down below one by one describing their refund policies as it relates to each one.

ACON: Add Church Organization Name-- Please note that CGateway company do NOT give refunds on this type of payments. This payment is use for setting up the Church Organization data environment. This includes the adding of the organization name into the database.

DLM: Data Location and Management-- Please note that CGateway company do NOT give refunds on this type of payments. This payment is use for managing the Church Branch data environment locations. This includes the setting up of the directories partitions on the system.

DONATION: Giving Contributions-- We at CGateway welcome monetary gifts from the public to support our course through donations and we thank you. Sometime situation arises that warrant giver needs to recall a donated fund that was made to CGateway. When this happened, CGateway company rise to the occasion by helping back the giver. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to give back some or all of the donated amount. Situations that may cause CGateway to give a donated fund back to the giver, or to the governing/governmental authority in all considerations will involve few things like:

Reason(s) for the recall.

Elapse time after the donation was made.

In all cases, the manner the donation was made.
CGateway will give refunds in this case if requested for within 3 days period after the donation was made. If contribution was made using Credit Card, and if there is no dispute on the donation, all the contribution amount MINUS the credit card processing fee will be refunded back to the giver. If donation was made using checks, the check will be returned back to the giver. If donation was by direct deposit, 100% of the contribution will be refunded back to the giver except if the Bank charges some fee out of the deposited fund then, it will be MINUS the amount the Bank has charged. CGateway will NOT take any thing from the fund in this case.

REQUEST TO ADVERTISE: Supporting Advertisement-- This option is the last of the four ways CGateway asked for public contribution assistance and support through advertisement. We do hope that you support our course in any best way you can. This facet involve setting up customer account and creating Username and Password for our customers in order to be able to advertise. This one involve more processes than the rest of the prior steps in that, it consist of a full fledged advertising processes.
Level2 System:- On level2 system, which contains layers of church organization sites, refunds will be handled by their respectful church organization branches. CGateway company will not be responsible for any of the refund petitions on this level.
